Based on review of reference (a) and other CIPC documents, to assume primary responsibility for Marine Corps representation on the CIPC. John GUENTHER will continue to participate in CIPC activities as alternate Marine Corps member and my principal. assistant for CIPC matters. Accordingly, reference (b) is rescinded. 2.
