SUBJECT: Request for Additional Commercial Parking Spaces
1. As discussed with of your office, we request that
arrangements be made with the ral Services Administration to obtain
five (5) additional commercial parking spaces for the Intelligence
Community Staff (ICS) for the remainder of FY 1983_ These snares should
be in close roximit to

facility to our building and affords us with good security measures. It
gives personal security to senior executives and other personnel who
park there and who work irregular schedules and late at night. Another
important aspect for desiring spaces at 0 is the closeness to our
building which in itself provides protection of classified material
handcarried by employees when POVs are used and parked there. This can
be an almost daily occurrence considering the number of meetings and
conferences held at other Intelligence Community agencies in the
Washington Metropolitan area.
3. For the above cogent reasons, we believe the parkin spaces
requested herein should be__________________________________
Accordingly, we will appreciate your support in this regard. We
understand that the cost i for each space per month. FY 1983
funds are available for these additional parking spaces.
