III. Composition of the Commission
A. Membership to be selected by the DCI in consultation with the
Attorney General and the Secretary of-Defense
B. Commission to be composed of three members. The members will"be
selected from former staff employees, now retired, from the Defense
Department, the DCI area, and the FBI.
C. The membership will be -appointed-for a period of four months. ?In
this period, it will meet *often enough to accomplish its task and
report. its findings to the DCI by 7 October 1983.
D. Staff support to the Commission will be provided by the Community
Counterintelligence Staff (CCIS).
