next steps in Lebanon in preparation for your meeting
with Secretary Shultz, I am forwarding an unrefined
draft copy ofthe Key Judgments of the Impact of the
Military Balance in Lebanon SNIE. The Key Judgments
are based on initial contributions from a number of
analysts in the intelligence community and we have
yet to work them over.
