SUBJECT: Department of Labor Bid for NFIB Membership
1. Action Requested: That you sign the attached reply to Secretary
Donovan.
2. Background: I respectfully suggest that NFIB membership for the
Department of Labor is not "timely and appropriate."
If Secretary Donovan will designate a representative, the
Executive Secretary, NFIB/NFIC will be pleased to explore with him ways
of establishing a beneficial association between Labor and the
Intelligence Community.
