President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board.
In the interest of brevity, most of the report includes only those
subjects for which we have specific recommendations.
Since so little time has elapsed, our report does not contain a
"report card" on the status of Board recommendations you have already
approved. In the future, we will give you such status reports on a regular
basis.
We continue to find that the Intelligence Community is both cooperative
