Strategic Planning
REFERENCE: Memo for A-DCI from D/ICS/PPS dated 15 March 1983; Same
Subject (DCI/ICS 83-4276)
1. Attached for your review is a revised agenda for the next meeting of
our Executive Steering Group for Long-Range Strategic Planning. We have
listed the items in order of decreasing priority as we see them, and have
grouped them into "full discussion," "limited discussion," and "written status
report" categories. We propose in this way to hold the meeting to 90 minutes.
2. Assuming you approve, we will schedule the meeting and proceed with
the preparation of the issue papers and status reports which will go to the
members at least a week in advance.
