For your information, I am sending you copies of two reports on
multidisciplinary counterintelligence analysis prepared at the request of
the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. One was prepared by the
Community Counterintelligence Staff, based on input from individual
Community components. The other was written by a four-man Commission
established for this purpose and was chaired by Mr. John Bross.
I plan to carefully consider both reports and take whatever steps
might further enhance our steadily improving efforts in the important
areas covered by the term "multidisciplinary counterintelligence
analysis."
This letter is also being sent to Representative Boland.
