1. Dave Laux advised us today that we will be required to provide
Judge Clark our views again by this Friday on the sale of the HYSHARE
700 Computer to the PRC. He will also be tapping the Secretaries of
Defense, State, and Commerce for their views.
2. Laux also asked that we provide answers to the following
questions as soon as we can:
Where are the PRC missiles targetted?
Can we be more precise in our analysis of the differences
between the HYSHARE 700 and-the CRAY Model.-tat the Chinese
h
ave built? Specifically, now would you compare W,' in
aerodynamics simulation, nuclear weapon design, and 1,c
electronic countermeasures simulation.
In addition, how would you compare the CRAY 1 Computer
charactaristics
