SUBJECT: Efforts Against the Narcotics Target
In response to a recent DDCI request, the NIO for Narcotics
compiled a "wish list" of what more could be done on the narcotics
target. The DDCI would like you to draft letters for his signature
to prod/encourage DIA and Treasury regarding the attached excerpts
from Dave Gries' list. You should touch base with Dave if you have
any questions.
