FROM: Director of Central Intelligence
The President has created a commission, chaired by Peter Grace, to
look for greater economies and efficiencies in the operation of the
federal government. He will work through all the departments of government
apparently coming up with important recommendations based on utilization
of advanced business methods and practices. I think we leave ourselves
in a vulnerable position not having taken a similar look at our DDA and
other relevant support activities. I'd like your ideas one t-h~Ns.
