SUBJECT: Assessment of the IAEA and US Interests
In response to your request, attached is the subject assessment
prepared in CLA's Directorate of Intelligence (Office of Global
Issues) for use in conjunction with the work of the Interagency
Group. As I mentioned at the 4 October meeting, the Intelligence
Commmity is proceeding with the broader interagency assessment of
IAEA and its safeguards system.
