You may recall that close to two years ago when I became Executive
Director, I asked that the DDI and DDO terrorist activities be co-
located. You folks have successfully found ways not to cause that to
happen. With the recognition that terrorism is here to stay and bound
to grow, maybe we ought to implement that bright idea which hasn't been
dimmed by time but grows brighter.
