As a delayed response to your request, attached you will find:
--A 20 November 1981 memo provided eventually to then DDC:[ Inman
with recommendations regarding centralizing CIA television
production activities. The comments on pages 3 and 4 are
Admiral Inman's.
--A copy of then Executive Director McMahon's 20 January 1982
decision on how to resolve this matter, and subsequent comments
from the DDA and DDI.
--A copy of the Headquarters Notice that I believe-,-,is still
operational.
This is all I have in our files on this topic. Since
