I share your concern over the unauthorized disclosure of
sensitive intelligence information relating to the South
Korean airline tragedy. Compromises such as these weaken our
capability to deal with future similar situations. I am
advising all DoD personnel of our concern in this matter, and
of the need to maintain discipline in protecting intelligence
sources and methods.
