Have somebody add the murder of the President of Afghanistan before the invasion took place as an example of-what might happen elsewhere. 2. There's something of an ambiguity here. Moscow on the one hand has been urging Castro and Ortega to maintain ties and seek economic assistance from the West. On the other hand, you point out how they react strongly when others pursue this strategy. See if you'can develop what you have a little further to clarify this apparent ambiguity. William J.
