SUBJECT: Assessment of the Progress of Insurgencies
That's a very useful piece on assessment of the progress of-
insurgencies. Will you have it extended to cover the 1963 insurgency
in Venezuela, the 1968 insurgency in Uruguay, and the insurgency in
Argentina in the early 1970s. These may be more relevant to the
Central American situation because they involve Cuban support and
Latin cultures unlike South Vietnam, Rhodesia, etc.
