SUBJECT a Second draft of NSCID No., 1
1. Attached to this memorandum are copies of the
revision of NSCID No. 1 which resulted from the meeting
on 13 Nay 1957? One additional change was made in the
definition of national intelligence at the suggestion
of CIA. The modifications of paragraphs 11 and 12
were made by the FBI.
2. Please attend a meeting in the Director's
Conference Room at CIA on Monday,, 20 May 1957, at 1kOO
hours to finalize the draft.
