1. In the interest of speed, we are disseminating tte first draft
of this estimate even though there is some redundancy in it and the
length needs to be considerably reduced.
2. We plan to meet on this draft on Friday, 26 February at 1000
hours in Room 6 E 60, CIA Headquarters. Please notify
