forces and defense policies of West European countries are the
responsibility of the Security Issues Branch of the 25X1
European Issues Division. In addition, the Economic Issues
Branch examines a broad range of international 25X1
economic, monetary, and trade issues affecting Europe, and the
Political-Social Issues Branch covers region-wide 25X1
political trends. We are-always-glad to offer intelligence
