AT A PETROLEUM STORAGE AREA.
TARTUS PETROLEUM STORAGE BLATA
STORAGE BLATA RHARBIYE HAD.BEEN DAMAGED. THREE TANKS
WERE INTACT. FOUR ADDITIONAL POL TANKS WERE UNDER CON-
STRUCTION. TWO NEW TANK BASES WERE ALSO OBSERVED.
