The former did not return to his
office before we left and the latter is out of
town until Monday.
I called on Don Latham (DoD/R&E). He will
be attending a NATO C3 committee meeting in
Brussels next week. He would be happy to meet
with you Monday if you can afford the time.
He recognizes the difficulty in grasping a sense
for what is going on without a briefing, but he
offers the attached papers for review anyway.
I have tried to explain most of the acronyms
(which are pretty heavy in these documents).
