1. Attached for your information is a cony of the
completed task to the Compartmentation Subcommittee to
draft an acceptable and uniform secrecy agreement model
for Community usage.
2. All concurred except NSA. Their comments are
attached as well. Your comments and considerations are
requested by the 27 February SECOM meeting. Please-come
prepared to accept or present line in - line out changes.
3. For your information a copy of this draft has
been made available to the Special Assistant to the DCI
for Compartmentation for possible adoption-by the APEX
Steering Group.
