SUBJECT: Proposed Uniform Secrecy Agreement Form
1. The proposed uniform secrecy agreement form was
circulated throughout the PSI Directorate. A variety of
comments have been submitted which are contained on the
attachments. The one significant addition, made by Chief,
External Activities Branch, is contained on page two of
the nondisclosure agreement marked by an asterisk.
2. No objections are offered but point STA
regarding the binding nature of this document from a legal
view is obviously of concern to all of us. Chief of
Operations/PSI only other comment is that I too feel that
the nondisclosure agreement is too lengthy and cumbersome.
