23-26 Japanese Prime Minister Tanaka to visit Canada. Tanaka may seek Japanese
participation in development of Canadian natural resources.

agreement regulating South Korean textile sales to the United States, bringing

Cooperation Agreement in Moscow. Will study Soviet agricultural forecasting
and data collection, organization, and analysis.
3-16 Polimery-74 International Exhibition in Moscow. Will display materials at
equipment for the production and processing of polymers.
4-13 International Machine Tool Show in Chicago. Latest machine tool technology
will be exhibited, including advanced types of Soviet machine tools.
9-10 Meeting of US-Polish Joint Trade Commission in Washington. Discussions
will involve US agricultural credits to Poland and other trade matters.

Moscow. Will review progress of the Agreement and plans for the next

the US-USSR Agricultural Cooperation Agreement in Washington. Will review
progress of the Agreement and plans for the next year.
Late Second annual meeting of the US-USSR Joint Committee on Cooperation in
the Field of Agriculture in Washington. Will discuss problems encountered
under the Agreement.
Late Proposed meeting of US and Soviet delegations on implementation of
