SUBJECT: Attrition Data for Specific Occupations
1. It is requested that HRPS be provided with a list of
employees who separated during FY 1979 through FY 1983 in one of
eight occupational groups (see attached table). The information
needed will be used to evaluate separation trends within each
occupational group, as requested by the Director of Personnel.
2. The listing of former employees should be in a VM file and
contain the following information:
a. Name
b. Directorate Career Service
c. Sex
d. Minority indicator (0 = non-minority, 1 = minority)
e. Date of Birth (DOB)
f. Length of Service (LCD)
g. Separation reason (entire eight character field)
h. Occupation group (defined in table)
i. Separation date
