SUEJECT: Manpower Flow Analysis - OC
1. On this date H17PS representatives met with
OcOC/PERS) to discuss the support we might be able to
provide in estimating OC's manpower requirements. After a
discussion of OC requirements and trends, it was determined
that HRPS would design a modified FI'E model for CODM'IO which
would show (as a monthly projection based on SD):

2. When the model is designed, we will contact Liz and
demonstrate it. Meanwhile we will establish a requirement for
a monthly "MC" gain-loss report by subcategory.
