SUBJECT Attrition Data for Specific Occupations
1. It is requested that HRPS be provided with a list
of employees who separated between October 1978 and
April 1983 in one of eight occupational groups (see attached
table). The information needed will be used to evaluate
the reason for separation within each occupational group.
2. The listing of former employees should be in a VM
file and contain the following information:
a. Name
b. Directorate Career Service
c. Sex
d. Minority indicator (0 = non-minority
1 = minority)
e. Date of birth (DOB)
f. Length of service (LCD)
g. Separation reason
h. Occupation group (defined in table)
i. Separation date
