no losses. The Panel is currrently 45 employees over authorized
ceiling. There are 110 EOD students in training, while 20 TCA
personnel are in processing, preparing for their overseas
assignments. Taking into account the non-production status of, EOD
1. During the week, Panel N experienced a gain of 1 and a loss
of 2 technicians. Panel N is currently 47 technicians over
authorized ceiling. This figure includes technicians who are in the
process of leaving Panel MCN, attending sponsored academic training,
participating in the OJT program, attending initial EOD training,
and serving in assignments other than Panel MCN. With these
catagories taken into account, Panel MCN is 8 technicians under
strength. During the same time, Panel MCD experienced 2 gains with
students, Panel MCD is currently 85 personnel under strength.
3. The SSA/DDA has approved our proposal for Phase II training
for EOD students, which includes a reduced per diem package for the
entire period of the Phase II training.

10. PRS technical training began as scheduled on 2 July in Room
163, the former Operations Instructor lounge. The emphasis now is
on getting power to the mobile office building to provide offices
for the instructors so that Room 107 can be returned to its normal
25X1 use as an auditorium.
11. Seven EOD students from the Communications School (CS) are
scheduled to attend Introduction to CIA 9-13 July 1984. CS will
continue t pate available EOD students to all future course
25X1 runnings.
25X1 12. TTD studen has begun teaching his second M-28
course. Norm got rave reviews from the students on his first
running of the course, and he is providing much needed and
25X1 appreciated assistance to TTD.

13. The NC/Wang system was successfully connected to the DMS
system at Headquarters. CS will begin residency training for this
system on 9 July for one student. The Wang instructors are
formulating lesson material for the ICT system.
