SUBJECT: Monthly Report for December 1981
1. Two OC employees accompanied by OMS and OS personnel made a recruitment
trip to Los Angeles and San Francisco between 07-18 December. A total of 60
applicants were interviewed and tested. Of that number, 30 were rejected by OC
or OS, with the remaining 30 continuing in process. Those continuing in progress
include one EE, nine ET's and 20 TCS's.
2. Panel D had at the end of December to fill
for a deficit of 28 personne . During the month, two individuals retired, two
resigned, four transferred to components outside of OC, and one changed career
cognizance to MCG. Two individuals EOD'd and one transferred to Panel D within

Losses during the month included four re iremen s, two changes of career cogni-
zance, one resignation and one provisional student failing to pass his security
clearance. These losses were offset by two EOD's, leaving the Panel two under-

322. Of this total, 197 work days were performed by Panel D and 125 by Panel N. L
5. A total of 143 students, including Panel N and D EOD classes, were in
training during the month of December. Excluding the EOD classes, 14 operational/
technical courses were conducted during the month. Three SKYLINK instructors
were TDY during the period 01-18 December and one instructor was TDY to the
