Last year the Agency lost the property in Rosslyn wait% It had uti1i7ed for tale purpose for many years when the owner elected not to renew his lease arrangement with General i,ervices Administration. This has now progressed to the preliminary design plume at which point it is necessary to seek COMIAISSi081 approval. %le wish to trinke available to the Commission information which it requires In order to sanction the work done thus far and to make possible the completion of the A&E contract. CIA and the Mal contractor representatives are prepared to meet with Commission staff members and us required with the Commission itself as soon as convenient for the Conunission to set up executive session handling of this matter.
