tect-en ineer services described in Tittles ! , 11, III and IV 'below.

Provide the necessary planning en Jineeringr and architectural studies
of proposed sites, furnished by the DC!; prepare reports, inclua.iyigg
est:ii:~ates of cost, on the most desirable sites and reconniend a final
site selection; assist in securing approval of the final site selec-
tion front the iV.C.P.C., N.R.P.C. and other agencies as required.
Provide the necessaxy topographical and other field surveys, test bor-
in ;s, and o-Caer subsurface investigations; prepare preliminary studies,
sketches, layout plans and outline specifications; and prepare reports
including, estimates of cost of the proposed project and of all struc-
tures, utilities and appurtenances thereto.
Provide complete design of the wwworkk incl a Lin5 preparation of all
required preliminary and final working drawings, specifications, estim-
ates e 1Ci contract docu:ier_ts; assist in securrin , analyzing and evaluating
bids or proposals for construction; check shop drawings; and consult
with the Central Intelligence Agency on all questions arising in
connection with the services performed by the architect-engineer.
TI LLE IV
Provide complete architect-engineer supervision and inspection of
construction 'under the. direction of a responsible representative of
the acct?itect-engineer. Furnish record drawings to show construction
as actually accomplished.
