1. The Building Planning Staff is responsible for the planning of Agency
consolidation. All members of the Staff are cleared for SI, TKH, and
- All code word material is stored In the Office of Logistics' secur-
ity vault code word center.
2. It is requested that the offices of the Building Panning Staff be designated
a code word reading area. These offices are located in Room 1012 Ames Build -
Ing.
. The nature of our planning activities requires that such material be re-
viewed on an ever increasing basis in our offices. However, the material will
continue to be stored in designated safes in the Office of Logistics' security
