To: Federal Agencies
1. Reference our letter dated June 4, 1970 to Federal Agencies -
same subject.
2. Midland-Ross Corporation has requested that we accept their pub-
lished capacity ratings for Type 0 and 2 waste.
3, Midland-Ross Corporation has also requested that we include, in
this Certification of Compliance letter, two larger units that they now
manufacture.
4. It is believed the Midland-Ross incinerators will meet the manu-
facturer's capacity table listed below and not exceed Federal emission
standards.

equipped with mechanical

either gas or light oil
5. Our reasons for certifying these capacities for Types 0 and 2
waste, and for certifying the Mark XV and XX are as follows:
a. The Radicator incinerator, model Mark VI, met the standards
when tested according to "Spec;.fication for Incinerator
Testing at Federal Facilities", at the manufacturers' specified
capacity of 625 pounds per hour for Type 1 waste.
