Moderate income employee status Approved For Release 2002/05/07 : CIA-RDP86-00244R000200010002-2 ApprovJFi STATUS OF MAASTER PLANNING FOR NCPC PRESENTATION Current state of Headquarters Langley sites - no. of buildings and functions (incl. condition), employee situation, map, aerial photos, utilities Use plan - including SIT tract: office areas, special purpose areas, services areas, buffer zone Site development plan - locate buildings, roads and parking, walks and promenade areas, utilities augmented (above and below surface), other improvements Traffic circulation plan - surrounding roads, approaches and entrances, direction and quantity flow changes, volume through entrances, bus pattern Personnel circulation plan - outside walks, tunnels, mini-bus transportation, metropolitan residence pattern (re transportation and possible moves) Landscape plan - lawn, tree and [shrub areas, water area, contour adjustments, existing and proposed plantings, retaining walls and other elements Utilities plan - increases, location of trunk lines, augmentation of plants 1. Will use same base map showing in ernal circulation systems{and outline of all existing and proposed buildings; scale 1"=200' 2. Each of above elements of the Master Plan will be emphasized on a separate copy of the map; special presentation maps will be returned to the Agency (NCPC does not need them)( ) 3.
