MEMORANDUM FOR: Executive Director.-Comptroller
Having looked over the notes of the deputies meeting on
7 October 1970, two questions occur to me:
1. Are we reasonably sure that the proposed joint.
facility (NPIC and Duckett's building) can be held at about the
size we foresee for it in our planning?
2. Are we prepared to submit a brief in support of the
notion that locating this facility adjacent to our headquarters is
not only best for CIA but also for the over-all governmental
intelligence effort?
