ABSTRACT: The article contains general information on the pro-
cess and equIpment for painting metal work with
electrically-charged pulverized paint in a high-
voltage electric field, the process parameters
established, and the equipment used by the Khax~kov-
skiy traktornyy --avod, th~ "KhTZ" (KharIkov Trac-
tor Plant). The paint-pulverizer is described and
illustrated (Figure 1), as well as the paint-feed
installation (Figure 2). The failures of other
plants are explained by its unduo complexity of
their equipment. The simple KhTZ paint-feed system,
wherein the Daint is fed by gravity, and the sim-

TEXT: A binary ferrite-transistor counter is described
which is used in multi-channel au. tomati c- search systems. The counter
has great reliability and simplicity. Its main element is a ferrite-
transistor flip-flop (shown schematically in a figure). The flip-flop
differs from the ordinary ferrite-transistor circuit by the presence
of-the diode D and of the resistor R in the base-circuit. A second
diode is connected in parallel with R. Such a flip-flop, incorporating

ABSTRACT: The effect of frequency fluctuations and supply voltage wave-shape
distortions on the operation of a double T-circuit is considered. It is pointed
out that with a supply -frequency fluctuation of 2-3%, the normally nonoperating
part of the signal exceeds the useful signal by several times. A frequency-
detuning compensation circuit is considered that uses a double T-circuit
connected in the feedback circuit of the amplifier (the supply source). The
compensation circuit is analyzed, and it is demonstrated that with frequency
fluctuations of 2-376, the nonworking component is drastically reduced.
Experimental data corroborating the analysis is submitted. 14 illustrations.

The authors discuss the problems of calculation of correcting circuits in
