Abstract: A rerort on a comparative study of antibiograms
made with I.C.R. tablets ( of the Rumanian State Drug Control
authorities), with discs supplied by Stockholm's Karolinska
In8titut, and usine the determination of minimum inhibiting con-
centration by the dilution method. The study used 100 strains of
staphylococci. and 100 strains of enterobacteria. Analyzing the
revultB, it wthe found that in general the I.C.M. values agree with
thcee obtipined by the minimum inhibiting concentration method;
the inhibition areas obtained with the two diffusimetric methods
agreed for some of the strains, were larger with the Stockholm
dieve for others, and larger with the I.C.M. tablets for another
grCup.
