ABSTRACT: A kinetic equation is derived for waves in a weakly tur-
bulent plasma in a form that leads to simple syrunetry relations for

tain a set of symmetry relations for the kernel of the kinetic equa-
tion, and to derive certain conservation laws that facilitatc the in-
vestigation of the wave kinetics in many cases. it is shown in par-

ticular that if wave "decays" are impossible, then under certain
COnditions, which are satisfied in the majority of cases of interest,
the nonlinear interaction cannot lead to a change in the total number
of waves. The kinetic equation for the waves and the symmetry rela-
ti.oris are derived first in the case of potential oscillations. This
is followed by examination of the conuervation laws that follow from
the symmetry relations, which are then 3hown to be valid, togethvr
with the conservation laws -obtained for the potential oscillations,
in the general case of oscillations of' arbitrary polarization. The
derivations are i.11ustrated with examples dealing with the conserva-
laws in a nonlinear interaction betwet!n potential oscillations and
a plasma w31-h and without a magnetic lielci, and t-e interaction be-

Title Hy&ro-Purification of Sul-fur-Containing Petroleum Products
in an Industrial Unit.

Abstract : Presentation of data on hydro-purification) in an indus-
trial unit, over an Al-Co-Mo catalyst, of a direct distil-
late obtained from a mixture of sulfur-containing petro-
leum varieties (SP), light gas oil of cat"io; cracking
200-5000 fraction (LG) and their mixture (M) at a 1:1
ratio. %mperature of hydro-purification 380-3950, pres-
sure 1W atmospheres gauge pressure. As a result the
8-content was lowered from 0.97-0.92 to 0.03-0.05% in the
cage of SP, from 1.26 to 0.06% in the case of LGj, and
from 1.05 io 0.05% in the case of M. Hydro-purificaticn
ensure-s production of good diesel fuel. Total expenditu-
ro or H2 amounted to 0.3% by vdight with SP and 0.71%
by weight with M. During hydro-purification 0.3% gasoli-
ne are formed. After 8000 hours of operation the catalyst
had not lost its activity. The catalyst is readily rege-
notated. Corrosion of equipment by actim of H2Sand H2
is noted.

ABSTRACT: Industrialization of furnace construction is impossible without using
refractory concrete and reinforced concrete. The author lists the
specific properties related to the action of elevated temperatures,
which should be taken intoaccountwhendesigning refractory concrete
structures, and the physico-rnechanical and elastic-plastic charac-
teristics of concrete and modes of its deformation upon heating. A
description, based on the experience of industrial application. it,
given of design solutions for some furnaces of refractory reinforced
concrete.
