The authors present a case of paralysis of the With and
VlIIth nerves in the course
of Albers -Schbnberg' a disease. with typical lesions in
the bones. characteristic
for that disease. In the above-described case, due to an
excessive calcification of
the pyramids of the temporal bones and to a considerable
stenosis of the internal
meatuses, especially the right, a pressure on the V11th
and VlIlth nerves resulted.
The complex of paralyses in the course of Albers
-Schonberg's disease described
here is very rare.

Workshops (IEW) of the same air-port. A redistribution

pure maintenance work. The ARB,on the other hand,

intro-
duction of nav flying equipment, a merger of the LMN

the ARB into a single "technical base" is suggested
for the

TEXT: The component, for example, a solid disc with a broad
recess milled across the face has three different principal mass
moments of inertia. It is assumed mounted in the centre of the
shaft which is simply supported on two bearings. One principal
axis of inertia of the disc coincides with the shaft axis. The VC
other two principal axes of the disc coincide with the two

friction. The displaced position of the component is defined
with reference to different axes. The Lagrange functions are
formulated. The internal friction is assumed to be proportional
to the relative angular velocity of rotation about a transverse
axis of the cross-section of the shaft. The external friction
moment is proportional to the absolute angular velocity of
rotation of the component about a transverse axis. The
dissipation function is formulated and the equations of flexular
vibrations of the shaft are stated. Substitution of complex
exponential functions as solutions leads to the characteristic
frequency equation. This equat6lon is quadratic in the ratio of
damPing coefficients. Examination of the stability region
proceeds by studying the complex plane of the damping
coefficient
ratio. In the general case, there are either four or two
