Abstract: The s-1,;ability of aqueous solutions of dehydroascor-
bic acid (I) in the concentrations of 4.5 and 9.3 mg
% was studied at 0, 15, 30, 50., 70, 75, 80, 90 and 1000.
I is the stablest at OOJI even at pH = 5-9, the content
of I was more than 40% of the initial amount after 6
days, and it was 20% after 12 days. The stability of
I drops with the temperature rise, and it rises vith
