Abstract (Aathors' English summary modified]: The authors describe
=e-pr-eparation and standardization of antigens from R, Prowazeki
and R. moo;ier.i for the microagglutination of rickettsia, discuss
the techuLlues used, and compare the results of this method with
those obtalned by the complement-fixation reaction. The sensi-
tivity and spocificity of the reaction was confirmed by serologic
studies on~experimentally infected guinea pigs as well as 520
patients or ex-patients* The appearance, dynamics and persistence
of antibodies were also studied,
