bits in the adult man; this determines the pathway,

ABSTRACT: The locomobile crankshaft axis is displaced
by 4 to 8 mm when the engine starts working.
Since the permissible displacema,nt is only
0.05 to 0.50 mm, it is necessary to inter-
fere to prevent axis-line break or actual
shaft rupture. The author proposes a formula
for computing the axis displacment of a
warmed-up crankshaft. He gives a practical

vibration values indicated therein were exaGgerated.
Then the author provides a rudimentary explanation of
the origin of vibrations in the 'Locomobil-I itself and

branch block in vc-ctorcardiogram depend on tile left ventricular hyflertrophy. The
authors suggt-st that it will be possible to show the practical significance of isolated
ty-l" of bundle-branch block only by obsit-rving the connection between the type
of bundle-branch block and the histopathological lesions of tile myocardiuln.
