For higher wall temperatures the stress. ar TPtl05 of the material which causes a permanent extension by 1% for stresses of 100 000 hours duration at the design temperature or the creep limit in tension o- determined with accelerated tests of 25 and 35 hours duration with a creep rate of 10 x 10 %/h is applied in the calculations. Strength calcula,i-ions were carried out for a0pressure vessel with an average wall temperature below 400 C and it was found that there is an interesting relation between the quantity of heat passed through the wall and the pressure. The equations of Mieses and Lorenz are recommended for determining the wall thickness. The au- thors recommend the determination of beryllium and bismuth with the same reac- tives. 1) Determination of beryllium: In 1956, Th. Pirtea and his co-workers developed a method for the gravimetric determination of beryllium under the com- plexleambination: [(H20)2 Be2 (COj)2(OH)j] [Cc (NH3)61 - 3H20 [7.81. Seriya fizicheskaya, v. 26, no. 11, 1962, 1403-1409 TEXT: The electron emission from pure molybdenum during bombardment by ions of the hydrogen isotopes and by He+ ions is stuaied in '-the range of 0.1-0-45 kev to obtain information regarding the effect of the ion mass on the kinetic electron emission. The experimental apparatus comprised the ion source mass separator, principal accelerating tube, receiver part and source of the auxiliary beam of Ar+ ions. The pressure of the residlial gases was 2-lo-7 mm Hg. The coefficient y was 'measured between 1300 and -1400 0K.
