is!'pointed out that even a simple equivalent circUt is valid only
under certain conditions, and if it in used .-ertain features of thi
processes occurring in transistozo must be tiken into account. By.
using this equivalent circuit it is concludel that an alternating
voltage of increased amplitude can be used ti measure some high-
frequency parameters of the equivalent circuit of transistors, so
that the measuring circuits can be simplifitd and constructed with
semiconductor devices. Methods of measurinc. Ccand 5 Cc are de-
scribed and ways of increasing the stability of transistorized mea-
surement circuits are proposed. It is pointed out that the appara-
tus described, which is fully traasistorized, is small, economic,
and reliable in operation, thus preferable to test apparatus in
which large standard signal generators,.amplifiers, and other com-
