M. Kusakov. Hitherto there has been no two-measurement method for studying the rheological properties of plastic, disperse systems. The device proposed consists of a calibrated rod which is forced, with the aid of a calibrated-spiing, into a cylinder containing the material tested. A capillary provides passage for the displaced fluid. An indicator on the spring records the fluid movement on a rotating drum. The cylinder is surrounded by a constant-temp bath.
