The spectra of 9C57 (I) and 80,Z' (1) mixed ci-jstals resemble the spectrum of pure M, from which they differ by a somwhat lower value of frequencies, An analogous effect takes place in the spectra of 90%, (11) and W% (II) as compared with the spectrum of (II), but in this case line frequencies are increased. It is assumed that the investigated mixed crystals have a lattice that is quasi-stucwml with the lattice of the fundamental component. V. It has been established that lines 217 and 250 cm-1 correspond to vibrational transitions of purely hydrogen bonds. A definite correlation is observed between displacement of the OH-band disturbed by the hydrogen bond and displacement of hydrogen bond lines in the range of low frequencies.
