Abstract: The author described the case of a 10-month old boy who suc-
cumbed Co congenital aganmlaglobulinemia. The pathological findings in-
cluded repeated inflnunatory processes. No farnma glubulin could be found
in the plasma protein by electrophoretic techniques. 'Che lymp}is were
found at autopay to be atrophied; the plasma cells were missing, and
the number of lymphocytes was greatly reduced. Large PA5-positive lymph
� cells ware evident. There was evidence of, inflammation and of necrotic
processes in various organs. 31 references, including 6 }lungari.an, 1
German, and 24 Western.
