Abstract : The galls on the Saltwort Salsola rigida 'Fall
have the form of light fluffy balls, 7-15 mm in
diam. The tw1g, carrying the gall, transplerces
it along the axis, and Is distinctly thickened
in the place of contact. From the thlckenin8,
