Abstract: Dyspnea is due to two factors,one sor-intic, the other
psychic, The extent of the disease is not easy to determine
because of the subjective attitude to the disease by the patients.
The influance of prolonqed afflictions is coninared to the in-
fluence of a developing affliction. Various diseases that may
induce dyspnea are discus:ied. Influence of bronchitis and of
the infarat is described. Constrictive pericarditis and obesity
as factors af-*ecting dyspnea are evaluated. Influence of the
diseases of the blood circulation system on dyspnea is described.

Title The Role of the Emitter Shape in Cold Emission Research

Abstract Using a cold-amission microscope, the authors have observed
the variation in the electron images of nickel and iron
points, due to changes in the incandescent temperature and
applied voltage. It is observed that in the case of weahly
heated points the electron emission comes from -the corners
of the ribs of the single-crystal point. This is explained
by the fact that owing to surface migration of the atoms or
to plastic deformation in the corners of the crystal, the
electrons accumulate and produce alocal increase in the
eleetric field intensity. The resultant distribution in
the current density repXoduces on the electronic images the
shape of the surface of the single crystal-, forming the end

ABSTRACT: The proposed regulator for maintaining a constant pressure in the PUMP
pressure line contains a pressure transducer which transmits a pulse through an
intermediate hydraulic amplifier to a spring loaded one-way servomotor. To increase
stability and operational reliability, the servomotor piston imcorporates a bushing
with a slide valveX6unted in Jt wh1ch receives a pulse from the rpm transducer; the
slide valve is connected by a rigid feedback to the intermediate amplifier for auto-
matic continuous operation of the regulator according to the pressure and the rpm.
In a variation of this device. to operate the regulator from the air speed transducer
only, the intermediate amplifier is made In the form of a housing containing a
movable bushing with a movable slide valve Inside; the bushing also contains a limiter
